Return products within 14 days
Return conditions :
- You have 14 days from receipt of your parcel to return an item.
- Returned products must be in their original condition. Return conditions: The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
- Personalized or made-to-measure items may only be returned in the event of a quality defect.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. The return of defective products is handled in the "Order history and details" section.
- Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
If you purchased the product from a reseller, please contact your reseller's after-sales service for returns.
How to make a return:
- Log in to your account on our site and access the "Order history and details" section in the "My account" area. - Click on the "Return a product" button to the right of your order.
- Select the box: "Return the product" or the box "Exchange the product".
- Choose the return method: "By post" or "In store".
- If you choose to return by post, check the address, then click on "Generate return slip".
- Print out the return slip, pack the items concerned, stick the return slip on the packaging and send the parcel.
- If you prefer to return the item directly to our store, we are located at 21 rue Michel Lecompte 75003 and are open Monday to Friday.
- Upon receipt and verification of your package, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days (we strive to process returns quickly).
- You will find information on returned products in your account space, in the "Product returns" category.
Returns Defective products
Return conditions :
- Return shipping costs are at our expense for metropolitan France and Belgium.
International returns are at the customer's expense. We will not be able to provide a return label, nor will we be able to pay for any customs fees that may apply when your return package is picked up.
- To make this type of return, please go to the "Return a product" section.
- Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
If you purchased the product from a retailer, please contact your retailer's after-sales service for returns.
How to report a faulty product:
- Log in to your account on our website and access the "Return a product" section in the "My account" area.
- Select the order linked to the return and check the items concerned. Indicate the reason for the return Attach a photo of the product and the defect.
- Our Customer Service will process your request. Then click on the link that will be sent to you by e-mail.
- Print out the slip, pack the items concerned, stick the return slip on the packaging and send the parcel to the following address: 21 Rue Michel le Comte, 75003 Paris.
- Confirm your request.
- On receipt of your parcel, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days (we do our best to process returns quickly).
