DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Your order is shipped under 24h from Monday to Friday

Any placed order after Friday at 2pm will be shipped on Monday morning.

 

DELIVERY IN FRANCE AND SHIPPING FEES

 

The delivery rates are calculated according to the weight and the delivery place. The rate will be shown to you before your order validation.

Delivery in France is offered from 80 euros of purchase via the carrier Mondial Relay.

 Advice: Gather your purchases in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

 

For orders in France, we offer several carriers to manage your shipments

-       Colissimo:

Your package is delivered personally or delivered in your mailbox. If the size doesn’t allow letting the box in the mailbox, it will be left, available for you, in the post office you are attached to.

You have 10 open days from the arrival of the package in the post office to collect it. After this deadline, it will be returned to the expeditor. In any case you are informed by é-mail 24h before the package delivery.

The indicative period of delivery is 48h

 

-      Mondial Relay

With Mondial, you can choose among 40 000 merchants, close to your home, to your workplace or holiday place, where you would like to be delivered. You will be informed of the availability of your parcel by mail that will allow you to take your package within 10 open days. After this deadline, your parcel will be returned to the expeditor.

 

The indicative period of delivery is 48h

 

France rates

RATES FOR INTERNATIONAL AND EUROPE

Our international shipments are shipped by our Colissimo carrier. It takes between 3 to 5 days to receive your package.

ORDER TRACKING

You can at anytime follow the progress of your order by logging into your account. Select “my orders” to follow the progress of your parcel. For any questions concerning the progress of your delivery, you can also contact the customer service Caramel & Cie at contact@carameletcie.com

In case of non-withdrawal within the time allowed by the carrier, products will be automatically returned to the expeditor and the return of your order will be in charge of the recipient.

 

 

Exchange and Return

 

You have up to 7 days after receiving your order to inform us that you wish to return a product, giving a reason for the return. You will need to send the goods back to us as quickly as possible, within 15 days.

 

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS ?

Caramel and Cie. will pay the cost of return-related products with an obvious defect or if there was an error in sending the product.
If your application does not concern those cases the return of the goods from us will be at the customer, it concerns a request for product exchange or refund only for France.

 

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

You can request a return simply by contacting the Caramel and Cie customer services.
Contact us by e-mail, telephone or the contact form, and our customer services will let you know what to do. Once you have received your return confirmation e-mail (with or without a pre-paid postage voucher: please see conditions detailed above), you can send back any product you wish to return, in original packaging, along with the invoice, to the address below: .

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND ?

Once your parcel has been received and checked by our customer services, depending on what you requested, the product will be refunded by card. It is also possible to request a refund by cheque, or a credit note for the boutique (of the same value as your return and valid for 6 months). The refund is paid within a maximum time period of 15 days. If the right to cancel an order is exercised, Caramel and Cie will pay back any original delivery expenses, but not return expenses.

WHICH ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED ?

Any products from the Caramel and Cie website.

Products must be sent back in their original packaging, along with any accessories, usage instructions and documentation.
