The present general conditions of sale, govern the contractual relationship between Caramel & Cie and the customer, both parts accept them unreservedly. Those general conditions prevail on any other condition contained in any other document, except exemption preliminary, expressed and written.

Products will be shipped within an average 24h to 48h by the relais Colis®, 48h by Exapaq DPD. Those delays shall commence after reception of payment of the customer by Caramel & Cie. Order passed and validated Friday after 12am until Monday 12am will be shipped on Monday (in the evening)
After the confirmation of the order, Caramel & Cie is committed to deliver to its carrier, every references orders by the buyer and in a maximum period of 48h working days. This carrier is committed by a contract with Exapaq to deliver the order at the buyer’s address.
For delivery out of metropolitan France, the customer undertakes to pay fees due for importation of products, duties taxes, VAT and other fees due under the domestic law of the order reception.
Every orders made are intended for personal use of customers, customers or the recipients are not allowed to sell totally or partially the products. Caramel & Cie free itself s a matter of fact rom legal liabilities if the customer doesn’t settle the tax payments.
Delivery will be made by Exapaq DPD. The delivery will be made according to the initial customer choice:
- Home-Based, with the direct delivery of the product to the announced recipient, either case of absence, another person authorized by the customer. Eventual delays don’t give the buyer the right to claim damages.
- In A post office
- In a point relais
Deliveries outside of France will be made by Exapaq DPD.
Shipping cost will be calculated depending on the weight of the parcel, the carrier and the delivery zone. To know shipping cost in France and internationally, you can consult the section “delivery” where prices are detailed.
In case of an apparent defect, the buyer benefit from the right of returning it the conditions laid down in this document.
The client has 14 days (from the reception of the articles) to do a return request. In case of exchange or reimbursement, send back (the) new article(s) in their original packaging, intact, accompanied of all the eventual accessories, instruction notice and documentation to the following address:

The complaints or the contesting will always be received with attentive benevolence, the good faith being always presumed at the one who makes the effort to expose his situations. Inthe case of litigation, the customer should first contact the company to try and obtain an amicable solution.
The responsibility of Caramel & Cie is systematically limited to the value of the product blamed, value on its date of sale and this without possibility of recourse towards the mark or the Producing Company of the product.
In any assumptions, the customer benefits of the legal guarantee of the hided defects. (Art.1625 and following of the civilian code).
