Once your order is confirmed, you have 2 options for payment on the Caramel & cie website:

PAYMENT BY BANK CARD

The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by Caramel & cie.
The price of the products is payable in cash on the day the order is placed.
For the security of your payments we use the Payplug payment solution, which is an entity of the BPCE Group, one of the most reliable online payment solutions.

With this system, your card payment is processed directly on our secure server. At no time will your card number or any other confidential information associated with it be shared with us.

The exchanges are encrypted thanks to the secure platform which is certified PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), the highest security standard for processing and storing payment data on the Internet.

Furthermore, Caramel & cie reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute.

 

PAYPAL SERVICE

If you have a PayPal account, you can pay for your purchases directly through this service. PayPal processes secure transactions without ever sharing your bank details with the recipients; your email address and password are all that's needed.

You can also pay via PayPal if you do not have a PayPal account, and pay directly with your credit card, deciding whether or not to register later on PayPal.com.

TAXES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Caramel & cie prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes (VAT included) for deliveries within France and Europe. If you reside outside the European Union, we invite you to create an account on Caramel & cie to register your postal address. This will allow our system to recognize your location and display product prices excluding taxes (VAT excluded).
