Once your order has been validated, you have 2 options for paying for your order on the Caramel & cie website:

PAYMENT BY BANK CARD

The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by Caramel & cie.
The price of the products is payable in cash on the day of the actual order.
For the security of your payments we use the Payplug payment solution, an entity of the BPCE Group, one of the most reliable online payment solutions.

With this system, your card payment is processed directly on our secure server. Your card number, or any other confidential information associated with it, will never be shared with us.

Exchanges are encrypted thanks to the secure platform which is certified PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), the highest security standard for processing and storing payment data on the Internet.

Furthermore, Caramel & cie reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.

 

PAYPAL SERVICE

If you have a PayPal account, you can pay for your purchases directly through this service. PayPal conducts secure transactions without ever sharing your banking information with recipients; your email address and password are all that's needed.

You can also pay by Paypal if you do not have a Paypal account, and pay directly with your credit card by deciding whether or not to register later on Paypal.com.

TAXES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Caramel & Cie prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes (VAT included) for shipments to France and Europe. If you reside outside of Europe, we invite you to create an account on Caramel et Compagnie to identify your postal address. This will allow our software to take your location into account, and our product prices will be displayed exclusive of taxes (VAT excluded).
