Return products within 14 days
Return conditions:
- You have 14 days from receipt of your package to return an item.
- Returned products must be in their original condition. Return conditions: The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
- Personalized or custom-made items can only be returned in the event of a quality defect.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The return of defective products is handled in the “ History and details of my orders ” section.
- Refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
If you purchased the product from a reseller, please contact your reseller's after-sales service for returns.
How to make a return:
- Log in to your account on our website and go to the " History and details of my orders " section in the "My account" area. - Click on the "Return a product" button located to the right of your order
- Select the box: "Return the product" or the box "Exchange the product"
- Choose the return method: “By mail” or “In store”.
- If you choose to return by mail, check the address, then click on "Generate a return slip".
- Print the return slip, pack the items concerned, stick the return slip on the packaging, then send the package.
- If you prefer to return the item directly to the store, we are located at 21 rue Michel le Comte 75003 and we are open Monday to Friday.
- Upon receipt and verification of your package, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days (we strive to process returns quickly).
- You will find information relating to returned products in your account area, in the “Product Returns” category.
2. Returns of Defective Products
Return conditions:
- Return costs are our responsibility for mainland France and Belgium.
International returns are the customer's responsibility. We will not be able to provide a return label or pay any customs fees that may apply when processing your return package.

- Refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

How to report a defective product:
- Log in to your account on our website and go to the " Returning a product " section in the "My account" area.
- Select the order you are returning and check the affected items. Indicate the reason for the return. Attach a photo of the product and the defect.
- Our Customer Service will process your request. Then click on the link that will be sent to you by email. Confirm your postal address. Click on "Generate a return slip".
- Print the voucher, pack the items concerned, stick the return slip on the packaging, then send the package to the following address: 21 Rue Michel le Comte, 75003 Paris
- Validate your request.
- Upon receipt of your package, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days (we strive to process returns quickly).
