Returns accepted within 14 days
Return conditions:
- You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to return an item.
- Returned products must be in their original condition. Return conditions: The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
- Personalized or custom-made items can only be returned in case of a quality defect.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns of defective products are processed in the “ Order History and Details ” section.
- The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
If you purchased the product from a retailer, please contact your retailer's after-sales service for returns.
How to make a return:
- Log in to your account on our website and go to the " Order History and Details " section in "My Account". - Click the "Return a Product" button located to the right of your order.
- Select the box: "Return the product" or the box "Exchange the product"
- Choose the return method: "By mail" or "In store".
- If you choose to return by mail, check the address, then click on "Generate a return label".
- Print the return slip, pack the items concerned, stick the return slip on the package, then send the package.
- If you prefer to return the item directly to the store, we are located at 21 rue Michel le Comte 75003 and we are open from Monday to Friday.
- Upon receipt and verification of your package, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days (we strive to process returns quickly).
- You will find information related to returned products in your account area, in the “Product Returns” category.
2. Returns of defective products
Return conditions:
- Return shipping costs are covered by us for mainland France and Belgium.
International returns are at the customer's expense. We cannot provide return labels or pay any customs fees that may apply when your return package is processed.

How to report a defective product:
- Log in to your account on our website and go to the " Returning a product " section in the "My account" area.
- Select the order related to the return and check the relevant items. Indicate the reason for the return. Attach a photo of the product and the defect observed.
Our Customer Service team will process your request. Then click on the link that will be sent to you by email. Confirm your postal address. Click on "Generate a return label".

- Confirm your request.
