DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Caramel & cie is committed to shipping your order within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.
If it is placed before noon, then it will be processed and shipped the same day.
Any order placed after Friday 12pm will be shipped on Monday.
For deliveries outside of mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duties, value-added tax, and any other taxes due under the laws of the country where the order is received. All orders placed are for the personal use of customers; customers or recipients of the products are prohibited from any partial or total resale of the products. Caramel & cie therefore disclaims all legal liability if the customer does not pay the taxes.
Depending on the customer's choice, delivery can be made in France by:
- Colissimo without signature within 48 hours after dispatch
- Mondial Relay in 3 to 4 days after dispatch
- TNT for express delivery within 24 hours after dispatch
Or abroad by:
- Colissimo International for a delivery time of 3-4 working days
- Mondial Relay for Belgium, Spain and Luxembourg
The delivery rate is calculated based on weight and delivery location. The price will be indicated to you before confirming your order.
Tip: Combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and you will be responsible for shipping costs for each order.
Order tracking
You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging into your account.
Select “My Orders” to track the progress of your package. For any questions regarding the progress of your delivery, you can also contact Caramel & Cie customer service at contact@carameletcie.fr
If the products are not collected within the time limits set by the carrier, they will be automatically returned to the sender and the cost of returning your order will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
Caramel & cie will cover, for mainland France and Belgium , the return costs for products with an obvious defect or if there was an error in sending the product.
International and non-metropolitan returns are the customer's responsibility. Customs fees may apply and are also the customer's responsibility.
If your request does not concern these cases, the return of the goods to our services will be the responsibility of the customer, whether it concerns a request for exchange of products or a refund.
You have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify us of your intention to return the product and the reason for the return.

Upon receipt of the return authorization email (with or without a prepaid voucher, depending on the conditions previously mentioned), you can return the desired products, in their original packaging, accompanied by the invoice, to the address indicated below.

What are the reimbursement terms?
Upon receipt of your package and validation by our services, the product will be refunded to you, depending on your payment method. You can also request a store credit (for the amount of your return, valid for 6 months). Refunds are due within a maximum of 30 days.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Caramel & cie undertakes to reimburse the sums paid by the customer free of charge with the exception of return costs.
What items can be returned?
All products on the Caramel & cie website.
You must return new products in their original packaging, along with any accessories, user instructions and documentation.
Return Conditions for Senders - Mondial Relay and Chronopost
An additional fee of 10 euros per package applies to any package returned to the sender, regardless of the reason for the return.
Return Deadlines:
• Post office and Chronopost agency: 14 days
• Pickup Relay: 7 calendar days before return on the 8th day
• Pickup Station (deposit): 3 days
• Relay Point Agency: 8 days
