Cheeky satchels, smart satchels

Going to school is first and foremost the learning of sharing: buddies, rhymes, songs, hide-and-seek parties, whispering, pretty notebooks, and tidy colored pencils. At school the children are all together to share these moments of discovery and emotion, but they each have their school bags. Unique, different, personal, the schoolbag allows the child to affirm his singularity within the group.

When Rafaela Garcia draws a binder for Caramel & Co., she creates what will become a link between the family universe of the child and this unknown school. She designs her school bags as friends, smart friends who are the accomplices of the children they accompany throughout their daily lives.
